All Sales Start At 10:00Am Every Tuesday And Run For 7 Days Until 10:00am on the seventh Day All Lots That Have Met Reserve Will end And be invoiced accordingly And All Additional Lot’s will be put in extension until 14:00pm that Afternoon all lots that have reached reserve will end and this will Run for a further 10 - 12 Days and end on a daily basis with the times given ( 10:00Am - 14:00pm) until the auction ends
Please note if the reserve is met on a lot the auctioneer reserves the Right to Reduce the end time to 10 minutes and invoice you Accordingly once the lot has ended.

Please note that all bids submitted are Valid even if the reserve is not met They are treated as provisional bids And Are still binding. Also if you have been outbid on a lot the auctioneer reserves the right to Contact you as the underbidder within a 24hr period ( this is not legally binding and is only a offer for the underbidder to have chance to win the lot with the bid they submitted ). please Be Aware of this prior to Bidding.

Once your invoice has been paid you have a 5 day grace period to collect your Vehicle / item please arrange this at your earliest convenience . please also note collection's are by strict appointment only If You Come To collect without a appointment you will be turned Away. after 5 days if your vehicle / item has not been Arranged for collection then a One off Administration charge of £75 + Vat will be charged and a £50 + Vat Per day charge will incur until the vehicle is collected. These additional charges must be paid in full before the vehicle / Item will be released.

Payment Deadline is Due no later then 48hrs from the invoice Date ( excluding weekends ) after your invoices has been sent please note that if your payment is not received by the payment deadline then a late payment charges will incur as follows a one off administration fee of £75 + Vat and a 3% Plus Vat Charge per day will be added on the total invoice amount payable also a storage fee will apply also charged at £50 + vat per day until full payment is made

Your first invoice will be for Hammer price And The Vat on the Hammer Price if the lot / Lot's are VAT Applicable if not then it will be just for the hammer price.

your second invoice is sent immediately after your first invoice and this will contain the buyers premium for the Lot / Lot's with the vat added to Buyers Premium
Displayed On Each Invoice will be our vat Number and also the collection address for your winning Lot / Lot's on the top left hand corner.
All invoices will be sent within Thirty Minutes of Each lot Ending.
If any additional information is required to go on your invoice's please make sure it is on your Bidding account prior to requesting the change as we will not change any details without them being present on your bidding account.
