If the auctioneer identifies minor or major issues with a lot or wishes to clarify details, this information will be listed under Auctioneer Notes in the lot description.

Additional Fees / Buyer's Premium

  • Buyer’s Premium: 20% + VAT (24%)

  • Some selected lots may have a different buyer’s premium—please check each listing before bidding.

Viewings

Viewings are available up to 48 hours before the auction ends and are by strict appointment only. Please call before traveling to arrange an appointment.

For a delivery quote, please contact accounts. (Excluding Northern Ireland & Scotland)

Collections

Once your invoice has been paid, you have 5 days to collect your vehicle or item. Collections are strictly by appointment only. If you arrive without an appointment, you will be turned away.

  • After 5 days: A one-off £75 + VAT administration charge will apply.

  • Storage Fee: £50 + VAT per day until collection.

  • These additional charges must be fully paid before release of the vehicle or item.

Payment

Payment Deadline

  • Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice date.

  • Late payment will result in:

    • A £75 + VAT administration fee.

    • 3% + VAT per day charge on the total invoice amount.

    • A £50 + VAT per day storage fee until full payment is made.

Invoicing

  • Invoice 1 of 2: Covers the hammer price and VAT (if applicable).

  • Invoice 2 of 2: Covers the buyer’s premium and VAT.

  • Each lot carries a one-time administration & collection facility charge of £295 + VAT (£354 inc. VAT).

  • Our VAT number and collection address will be displayed on the top left of each invoice.

  • Invoices will be sent within 30 minutes of a lot ending.

If you require any additional information to be included on your invoice, ensure it is updated on your bidding accountbefore requesting changes. We will not make any changes unless they are reflected in your account details.
